the public terminal at gridseak.com collects nothing unless you explicitly opt in:

• > subscribe email@example.com — stores only your email in a single-column supabase table. no name, ip, utm, or referrer is captured. unsubscribe with one click in any email we ever send.
• > signup / > login — supabase auth. email + password + a session cookie scoped to gridseak.com. used to gate the chat command. no third-party tracking, no marketing pixels, no analytics scripts.
• > chat — your messages are forwarded to xai's grok api via cloudflare's ai gateway. neither cloudflare nor xai retain message contents under our agreement; cloudflare retains request metadata for rate-limiting and abuse review. we store a per-user token counter for quota enforcement and nothing else.

your rights

you can delete your account, your newsletter subscription, and any chat usage record at any time by emailing aden@gridseak.com. gdpr / ccpa requests are handled manually until launch volume requires automation.

changes

material changes ship with a release-notes email to anyone on the newsletter list. continued use after a posted update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
